What's New!
Salad bar hours: We have extended the hours that our salad bar will be available. The new hours are from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. 100% Angus Beef: We are proud to announce that we now use 100% Angus Beef for our burgers. Simply the best for our customers. Come and taste the difference. Corona Beer Battered Cod: We are proud to offer our Corona Beer Battered fish & chips combo every Friday a great tasting lunch. Zero Trans Fat Oil: We switched to ZTF oils late last year for our fried products. We also use olive oil when we saute.
Our team is lead by three management members. Starting the owner. Mr Brecht is a Food Management Professional (FMP) as well as a ServSafe instructor. The rest of our management team is made up of certified food handlers Our kitchen & customer service manager. Combined the three of them have over 65 years of food service management experience. Our staff are made up of carefully selected team members that have under went a two week traing program prior to being left alone in their positions.
Who we are!
We are a full service cafeteria located in the California State Attorney Generals Building. We offer a full breakfast menu, deli, entrees, a la carte bar, soups, specialty coffee and smoothie bar and one of the best salad bars in town. We are available for caterings and coffee service.
