What's New!

Salad bar hours:

We have extended the hours that our salad bar will be available. The new hours are from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

100% Angus Beef:

We are proud to announce that we now use 100% Angus Beef for our burgers. Simply the best for our customers. Come and taste the difference.

Corona Beer Battered Cod:

We are proud to offer our Corona Beer Battered fish & chips combo every Friday a great tasting lunch.

Zero Trans Fat Oil:

We switched to ZTF oils late last year for our fried products. We also use olive oil when we saute.

FMP

If you are are interested in becoming a Food Management Professional (FMP) Please contact the National Restaurant Association to learn more and to obtain an application. I am a FMP Exam Proctor and after qualifying to take the exam you can contact me via our contact us page to schedule an exam date and time.

 

Consulting

I am available for consulting work. I have over 19 years of multi faceted restaurant experience. Everything from managing, opening new facilities, HR, Inventory control. menu planning and cost analyses. I have managed crews from 4 - 45 employees and more.
